Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the SalifyPro website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a proposal or purchasing services from SalifyPro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If a separate written proposal, contract or service agreement is provided for a project, the terms of that document may also apply to the relevant engagement.

SalifyPro Services

SalifyPro provides digital marketing and creative services which may include, depending on the selected service or project:

• Social media marketing and content management.
• Meta Ads and other social media advertising.
• Google Ads campaign management.
• Website design and development.
• Video editing and content production.
• Creative production and marketing support.
• Strategy, consultation and digital growth planning.

The exact services included in a project will be based on the agreed proposal, package, scope or written communication.

Proposals, Packages & Scope

Project deliverables, pricing, timelines, platforms, revisions and responsibilities may vary depending on the service selected.

SalifyPro will generally provide the agreed scope through a proposal, order, invoice, written message or service agreement.

Requests outside the original agreed scope may require additional time, additional fees or a revised project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the information, materials and access reasonably required for SalifyPro to perform the agreed services.

• Provide accurate business and project information.
• Provide required account, website or platform access when necessary.
• Provide brand assets, product information, photos, videos or other materials when required.
• Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that materials supplied to SalifyPro may legally be used for the project.

Delays in receiving required information, feedback or access may affect project timelines.

Payments & Fees

Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before or during the start of a project.

Depending on the service, SalifyPro may require full payment, an advance payment, a milestone payment or recurring payment before work continues.

Advertising spend, third-party software fees, hosting fees, domain fees, platform subscriptions and other external costs are not automatically included unless specifically stated.

Project Timelines

Any timeline provided by SalifyPro is based on the expected project scope, timely communication and availability of required materials.

Delivery dates may change when there are delays in approvals, missing materials, technical issues, third-party platform issues or significant changes to the original project scope.

SalifyPro will make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful project delays.

Revisions & Feedback

Revisions may be included depending on the selected service or project agreement.

Revision requests should remain reasonably connected to the original approved scope and direction.

Major redesigns, new concepts, new deliverables or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees.

Marketing Results & Performance

SalifyPro aims to provide professional strategy, execution and optimization, but marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control.

These factors may include:

• Advertising budget.
• Offer strength and pricing.
• Industry competition.
• Audience demand.
• Website quality and conversion rate.
• Platform algorithms and policies.
• Market conditions.
• Client response time and sales process.

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, SalifyPro does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, followers, revenue or return on advertising spend.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

SalifyPro may work with external platforms, software or service providers such as social media networks, advertising platforms, website tools, hosting providers, analytics platforms and scheduling services.

These third parties operate independently and may change their pricing, policies, features, algorithms or availability without SalifyPro's control.

SalifyPro is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes or technical failures caused solely by external platforms.

Intellectual Property

Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, videos, trademarks, copy or other materials they provide to SalifyPro.

Ownership or usage rights for final deliverables may depend on the specific project agreement and whether all agreed payments have been completed.

SalifyPro retains rights to its own processes, templates, internal methods, systems, reusable code, frameworks and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio & Work Showcase

SalifyPro may display completed work, publicly available project materials or performance examples in its website portfolio, presentations or marketing materials when appropriate.

Confidential information should not be displayed without appropriate permission.

If a client has specific confidentiality requirements, those requirements should be communicated before or during the project.

Cancellation & Project Termination

Either party may request to stop or cancel work subject to the terms of the specific service agreement, proposal or platform through which the service was purchased.

Fees already paid may cover work already completed, reserved time, planning, research, account setup or other work performed before cancellation.

Any refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances, project stage and applicable agreement or marketplace policy.

Limitation of Liability

SalifyPro will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and according to the agreed scope.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SalifyPro is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruptions, platform actions or other consequences resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, advertising budgets, sales processes, legal compliance and the accuracy of claims used in their marketing.

Changes to These Terms

SalifyPro may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices or operational requirements.

Updated terms may be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
